Can I keep my existing phone number?

In most cases yes. Business numbers can usually be ported to a new provider, subject to the losing provider and the type of number involved. We check eligibility before you commit to anything.

How long does switching take?

A simple broadband or hosted phone move is often a couple of weeks. Number porting and leased lines take longer. We give you realistic dates based on the products involved rather than optimistic ones.

Will our phones stop working during the switch?

The aim is always a same-day cutover with no loss of service. We plan the change around your working day and stay available while it happens.

What is VoIP?

VoIP means your calls travel over your internet connection instead of a traditional phone line. Handsets still ring in the usual way, and callers notice no difference other than call quality.

Do we need new handsets?

Not always. Some existing handsets can be reused, and many businesses run entirely from laptop and mobile apps. We'll tell you what your current equipment can and can't do.

Can employees work remotely?

Business mobile numbers can normally be transferred between providers. We handle the paperwork and coordinate the transfer dates.

Yes. Most of our conversations start months before a renewal date. We record when your contracts end and come back to you at the right time.

What happens if we're still in contract?

We'll review your setup now, note your end dates and plan the change so it lands when your contract allows — avoiding early termination charges.

Can we finance telephone equipment?

Subject to status and availability, we may be able to arrange finance for eligible equipment so the cost can be spread. Finance is subject to status, terms and approval.
