How far ahead should I plan telecoms for an office move?

Start at least three months out. Full fibre and leased lines to a new address can take considerably longer than a standard broadband order.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

In most cases yes. Hosted numbers usually move with you regardless of address, subject to number type and provider.

Will we lose service on moving day?

The aim is a planned cutover with overlap between sites so you keep trading throughout.

What about cabling and Wi-Fi at the new site?

We can survey the new premises and arrange cabling, switches and Wi-Fi ahead of the move date.

What if the move date slips?

Tell us as soon as you know. Most orders can be rescheduled if we have reasonable notice.
